   I feel respected and comfortable enough to talk to anyone of any rank. People are supportive towards 1 another, and are willing to hear yous out fifty-fifty if y'all're not in the same section.    I dear working in childcare, and I'm pretty well-educated on child development and teaching. Many of my coworkers are great, the company takes COVID relatively seriously (compared to some other companies) and the tech we utilise is pretty decent. I similar the functionality of the app (existence able to transport photos to families is great!) and it's a pretty flexible and understanding environment in situations where life gets in the way (similar having car issues and things like that.)

   There has been a lot of turnover and poor retention in my region, from what I've heard; I can see why. In that location are a lot of issues--the curriculum provided is often not useable or tailored to the historic period group of the room. In some instances, it'due south outdated based on current company policies or not developmentally appropriate. Behavioral direction is poor, and the interventions are not comprehensive. Several of my coworkers accept ideas about child development and beliefs that are incredibly outdated and not based in whatsoever enquiry, which is disappointing and harmful to some students. At that place is not adequate training or emphasis on accessibility, and it leads to some students beingness left out of activities or being forced into activities that are distressing for them. Most harmfully, management advised that we cannot mention developmental delays or a possible need for evaluation to parents because we might have to cover the toll.

    Pros

    I have been working in BH for 1.five years, and I have to admit that this is one of the best places to work in! From VPs to directors to managers-everyone is so supportive of my situation. No one forces anything upon me. It is considered to be a family. I would highly recommend others to join this.

    Cons

    The only cons that I can say-remote work culture is not that much popular here. Onsite chore is appreciated more. Its not similar they discourage remote piece of work, but they never say annihilation to employees who want to work remote.
